Our Subsidised Taxi Travel is available to support your travel needs. Our subsidised taxi E-Tickets provide an additional and flexible transport option where Community Transport is unable to assist.

You may be eligible for taxi E-Tickets  to support your travel requirements. An allocation of E-Tickets at $150 is available for a cost of $30, payable by Cheque/money order through the post , or cash/card at the Wollongong City Council cashiers.

E-ticket allocations are available in two denominations 10 x $15 E-Tickets or 15 x $10 E-Tickets, please talk to us about what denomination would best support your travel needs.

 To be eligible for the Subsidised Taxi Travel E-Tickets  you must meet our eligibility criteria and be living independently within the Community and residing between Austinmer and Dunmore. If you would like to apply for Subsidised Taxi Travel please call our office on 1300 987 422 to discuss your eligibility with one of our staff.

You are not eligible for Subsidised Taxi Travel E-Tickets if you are receiving Taxi Transport Subsidy Scheme (TTSS) dockets or any other type of vouchers.

E-Tickets are only valid for travel booked with the Illawarra Taxi Network. Bookings are made by calling the Illawarra Taxi Network on (02) 4254 2111, E-Tickets are used as payment for the fare, no change will be given and any difference between the vouchers and the fare is your responsibility. E-Tickets are issued to you under your name but remain the property of Community Transport: Wollongong – Shellharbour. E-Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Lost, damaged or stolen E-Tickets will not be replaced. Please advise you will be using the E-tickets  when you are making your taxi booking .

 Community Transport Services, including Subsidised Taxi Travel are funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and the Community Transport Program (CTP).
