Anyone wanting to use Community Transport must be assessed to determine their eligibility for service.
To assist us in determining whether you are able to access our services an individual assessment must be conducted. This can be arranged by:

During the assessment we are required to ask you a few personal questions to ensure that you meet the guidelines and criteria for service eligibility. The assessment is quick and easy and can be done over the phone. If you are eligible your details will be registered and further information about our services will be provided to you.
If at this stage you are not considered eligible for service, we will provide you with information on other services that may be able to assist you.
