The Community Transport Program (CTP)
The Community Transport Program (CTP) assists individuals who are transport disadvantaged owing to physical, social, financial, cultural and/or geographic factors.
The Community Transport Program (CTP) aims to promote social inclusion and assistance for people to access goods and services required to maintain healthy daily living.
- medical or health services
- social interaction
- access to other services
CTP is also used to help provide connections to public transport services if you have limited or no access to private or public transport due to your location, the time of travel, financial resources, or physical and/or cognitive capacities.
If you require a transport service and do not qualify under our CHSP program, other government transport programs or home care package, you may be eligible to receive services from us. Please contact the office directly on 1300 987 422 to discuss how we can assist.
