When we receive a complaint or concern, we will let you know how we are going to investigate, what steps will be taken, and will keep you informed of the progress. The service you receive will not be changed or stopped because you have made a complaint, nor will it affect your request for future services.

You also have the right to make a complaint about any aspect of the care and services you receive with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Call 1800 951 822 or visit the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commision website. Complaints can also be made directly with Transport for NSW.
