Taxi eTickets

When Community Transport isn't available, taxi eTickets give you an additional, flexible and convenient transport option when you need it, including weekends and evenings.

Getting started

Please check the Community Transport: Wollongong – Shellharbour getting started webpage to see if you are eligible for subsidised community transport and how to register.

If you are eligible, you can apply for additional eTickets every three months.

How to use eTickets

Taxi eTickets are available in $10 or $15 denominations.  Only one eTicket can be used per taxi trip, and any difference can be paid by cash or card. 

Please note that no change can be given on eTickets.

eTickets cannot be used in conjunction with Taxi Transport Subsidy Scheme (TTSS) dockets or any other type of vouchers.

Local taxi services

Taxi bookings are to be made directly through your preferred local taxi company. We recommend that you advise the taxi company at the time of booking that you are planning to use eTickets.
